Cherry Mead Gin Sling
Ingredients:
- 20ml Cherry Mead
- 20ml Gin
- 15ml Tripple Sec or Cointreau
- Angostura Bitters
- soda water
- Maraschino Cherries
- ice
Pop the Cherry Mead, gin, and triple sec into an ice filled shaker. Give it a short hard shake. Strain out of your shaker into a chilled glass . Top up with soda water, a couple dashers of Bitters, and finally top with a maraschino cherry or two.

White Chocolate and Disaronno Sour
Ingredients:
- 30ml White Chocolate Mead
-30ml Disaronno or Amaretto
- 20ml lemon juice
- 15ml egg white (egg white from 1 egg)
- Angostura Bitters
-ice
This cocktail will need two shakes, so pop all your ingredients - without ice, and leaving out the bitters - into your shaker and shake as hard as you can for 30 seconds. Open up your shaker and put the ice in and give it another good shake. To double strain, strain through your shaker and through another small strainer into your glass. You're looking for a lovely white layer of foam on top. Top with Bitters!

Ingredients:
- 20ml Dry White Mead
- 40ml Gin
- 60ml Orange Juice
- 20ml Honey Syrup (we use WonderMazing Honey Elixir)
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- ice
This one is pretty simple! Put all of your ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into a glass with ice (or a chilled glass). Garnish with a lemon slice!
